Course Description
Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) is a four-year undergraduate program designed to train students to become physiotherapy professionals who help patients manage physical disabilities or injuries through exercise, manual therapy, and other rehabilitation techniques. Physiotherapy is a healthcare field that focuses on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of movement disorders and disabilities. The curriculum of a BPT program typically includes courses in anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, pathology, pharmacology, and biomechanics. Students also receive training in different areas of physiotherapy such as orthopedic physiotherapy, neuro physiotherapy, sports physiotherapy, pediatric physiotherapy, and cardiorespiratory Physiotherapy.
Eligibility:
Minimum qualification required is 12th from science stream mathematics not required .Minimum percentage required is 45% for GEN/OBC and 40% for SC/ST.
